Terms and Conditions

Returns and Refunds
You may cancel or reduce an order prior to dispatch, however, once full payment has been taken and the order dispatched FramersMate® does not accept cancellations or refunds.

Payment
Once you place an order, payment must be made for the full amount, including postage and handling. The order will be processed upon receipt of full payment (and clearance of funds) by either direct deposit, cheque, money order or credit card.

Shipping Methods and Costs
The applicable postage and handling fee will be calculated upon checkout, and delivery within Australia is 2-5 days. For international orders, delivery is approximately 10 days. The postage and handling fee applies per order and is calculated based on the number of TriMate or FramersMate tools ordered. Orders of greater than one (1) will incur higher postage and handling fees as specified at the time of order completion and payment. For orders of greater than 20 TriMate or FramersMate tools, additional costs may apply and, where applicable, the customer will be advised of these prior to order processing and dispatch. The order will be shipped to the address supplied on the online order form. In the case of a delay to the order or shipping problem, FramersMate will use best efforts to rectify the issue and contact you to advise of the delay.

Privacy
At no time does framersmate.com.au forward any of your details to any other party. Customer details are used solely by FramersMate® for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending order confirmation, communicating about any queries and/or to notify you of the dispatch of your order. We do not use or share your personally identifiable information in any other way.
